Welcome to the fantastical village of Legenderry, where rhythm first began.

    The Legenderry series of books are fun-filled, magical adventures about both ancient and modern times.

    The pulsating music is inspired by the Rhythm Maiden,  goddess of her stream.

A riddle was carved upon an ancient stone chest. 

What flows like water yet holds the universe together?

Once I solved this riddle, the magical contents of the chest were revealed.

   An ancient village that today is called Legenderry was founded thousands of years ago by a tribe of primitive people. Legenderry exists nearby a deep woods that is still enchanted with magical, human-like, forest beings. Even today, these forest beings are part of our everyday world.

   I stumbled upon these real spirit beings during my European travels where I also found the stone chest full of fascinating stories about their lives. For over a century, these stories were stored in this chest for safekeeping. Once I answered the riddle, the magic, protective spell was released, and the story-filled contents were revealed to me and you.

   The folklore I found within the ancient chest  had been documented by a young man named Cornelius Pinty who graduated from Peppernell University with a doctorate degree in elfin anthropology.  With permission of the forest beings, I organized Cornelius's stories into a book called The Drums of Legenderry. 

   You are invited to read a fascinating letter called Dear Future Reader. Cornelius wrote this letter, along with  the first story of The Drums of Legenderry called The Rhythm Maiden, that I also encourage you to read. The letter and story are included for free in this website.

   While you are enjoying the story, you can listen to free, really cool, drumming music inspired by the Rhythm Maiden, goddess of her rhythmic stream. This ancient goddess is an amazing being, so the true story about her fantastic gift to mankind will intrigue you. We all enjoy her gift, even today, and this present is the answer to the ancient riddle at the top of this page.
